Outreach & Missions
We seek to proactively engage with those outside the church, both local and abroad, for the purpose of evangelizing and making disciples.
Local
Camp Gilead
The purpose of our camp shall be to assist local churches in the work of evangelism and discipleship through the conducting and hosting of camps and retreats…
This mission is powerfully fulfilled at Camp Gilead. Many campers have their first moment of true spiritual awareness at Camp Gilead, for the first time grasping that Jesus Christ died for them. Others, who already know Christ, are challenged to grow and mature in their faith and to consider a lifetime of service to God. Our mission has never been stronger.–Jack Moyer (Camp Director)Visit Camp Gilead

Matt & Barbara Schvaneveldt
Forte Rocca (“Strong Rock”) Church in Udine, Italy
Matt is originally from Montana and Barbara from Milan. After they were married, they served in Trieste and planted the TRE church where our partners Elio & Nicoletta Vannelli now serve. In fact, Matt & Barbara were instrumental in leading Elio & Nicoletta to Jesus. The Lord has given them 3 wonderful children who are now teenagers. Both Matt & Barbara are professional educators. In 2020, Matt was burdened to return into more active ministry and accepted the call to a new church plant about an hour from Trieste in the city of Udine, Italy.
